Sir Paul out of creative gas

Have you seen the video for the debut single from 65-year-old former Beatle and Wings-man Paul McCartney?
It's right here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTNXrkBSp_o
Go ahead. Take a gander. I'll wait.
So, is it just me or is Sir Paul auditioning for a position in the Wiggles?
Man, how the mighty have fallen.

It's a simple and catchy tune...no, he's not auditioning for the Wiggles. I like the video's reference to Pong (that old tennis game by Atari??). The video is no different than some of his videos from the 80s.

He's still got it.

He has been eating too many veggie burgers and his music after the beatles sounds like bubble gum music.

come on,even in the beatles' heyday, sir paul needed john's cynicism and outside thinking to not just be a cheesepuff factory.

This is almost exactly what I've been saying for years: Were it not for Lennon, McCartney would have given us only silly, shallow junk and maybe we'd never have heard of him.

The very first time I heard the Beatle's Anthology CDs I realized that the best stuff McCartney recorded after the Beatles broke up was actually written when he was still a Beatle.

I think Lennon must have had a continuing influence on McCartney up until his death (Lennon's, that is!). Afterward, McCartney lost his musical way and could only produce junk.

Either that or McCartney really did die those many years ago and this guy who has been playing him all these years has no discernable talent.

did anyone catch that awful Larry King interview with Paul, Ringo, Yoko, George's first wife Cynthia and Cirque du soleil director? (Beatles have been using their music for one of their recent productions)...only thing made Paul look better was the decrepit ,creepy Larry King addressing Ringo as George..Ringo interrupted Larry and said "George is dead, you just called me George" and Larry tried to "wiggle" his way out of his momentary dementia...everyone on that stage for the interview looked like a character out of Cirque du Soleil with their overdone stage makeup , bad hairpieces and clothing not meant to be worn by 65 year olds...their stylists told them, I promise you'll look hip....as Borat would say: NOT!!!
