A friend recently e-mailed a notice about a new illness making the rounds. If you want to take a day off, you call your boss and tell him or her you have a case of "anal blindness.''
If the boss asks what that is, you say, "I just don't see my butt coming into work today.''

This is off topic but I have to say it anway. I just found a post from the thread, "A Baptist reflects on the "One True Church''", started in July, where a poster (on August 1) used my name in a comment about Pat and abortion. Margaret was taken in by it - of course - but I just want to let everyone know that it wasn't me. This is the third time that I'm aware of that this has happened. Those who read my posts know that I don't make those kinds of comments.
I had to go back a ways to see what you were talking about, but after having read it over...good. It wasn't you. I'm glad it wasn't.
