Mexicali blues (and reds)

There's a front page story in USA Today that states that more Americans, lured by great climate and lower prices, are seeking nursing home care in Mexico (available online at http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2007-08-15-mexnursinghome_N.htm
That's all well and good as long as the residents don't have to get their daily medications by taking a whack at a pinata every morning.

Maybe they've heard too many stories of US nursing home workers stealing, beating and sexually assaulting the residents.

Wish each one of them would take 2 or 3 illegal immigrants with them. They would be doing more then our government.

Have you been in a nursing home recently? Most of the workers are illegal, non-speaking Mexicanos or of Haitian/West Indian/African descent and barely speak English.

Whys IS that? Are they truly illegal? Are the green cards that easy to counterfeit/falsify?
